Programme of Events

From September to June we hold regular talks and presentations at our club rooms. All dates are Mondays, unless otherwise stated. Talks start at 7:45pm.
All Mondays except those listed below are modelling evenings.

07 September	Return of the Prodigal Olly Edwards returns to where it all started to tell us about his adventures in the world of heritage railways.
14 September	Exhibition Briefing Chris Mead will tell us all about the exhibition and how we can help.
21 September	Byways, Backwaters and Branches A fascinating photo journey from Steve Armitage, visiting some of the many seldom visited and hidden corners of our once wonderfully varied railway system.

19 October	Exhibition Tidy-up and Debrief The trophies for the society's modelling competitions will also be presented.
26 October	Open Evening An opportunity for prospective members to see what the society has to offer.
09 November	From a Hobby to the BBC – a Model Making Journey Lee Robinson of LNR Models tells us how he turned his hobby into a job that led to an appearance on BBC One's Marvellous Miniature Workshop.

21 December	Christmas Quiz Tony Morris returns with his annual exploration of what we do and don’t know about railways and more. Always a fun evening,
