Programme of Events

From September to June we hold regular talks and presentations at our club rooms. All dates are Mondays, unless otherwise stated. Talks start at 7:45pm.

19 October	Exhibition Tidy-up and Debrief The trophies for the society's modelling competitions will also be presented.
26 October	Open Evening An opportunity for prospective members to see what the society has to offer.
09 November	From a Hobby to the BBC – a Model Making Journey Lee Robinson of LNR Models tells us how he turned his hobby into a job that led to an appearance on BBC One's Marvellous Miniature Workshop.
30 November	Buckingham Tony Gee is the is the current custodian of the Reverend Peter Denny’s renowned Buckingham layout. Tonight he will tell us all about its 70+ year history.
21 December	Christmas Quiz Tony Morris returns with his annual exploration of what we do and don’t know about railways and more. Always a fun evening,
28 December	Boxing Day Bank Holiday Check with key holders for access.
04 January	Annual Photographic Competition Your opportunity to show off your best photos taken in 2026.
